Novice: (A person who is new to the field of bioinformatics and has little or no prior experience with the tools and techniques used in the field)
Advance beginner : (A person who has some basic knowledge of bioinformatics tools and techniques but lacks the confidence and experience to apply them independently).
Competent : (A person who has a good understanding of bioinformatics tools and is able to apply them independently to solve basic problems)
Proficient: (A person who has a strong grasp of bioinformatics concepts and is able to apply them to solve complex problems with relative ease)
Expert: (A person who has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of bioinformatics and is able to develop new methods and approaches to solve challenging problems)
