Following the UFS-NGS Unit’s new facility launch, the UFS-NGS Unit will host a one-week hands-on wet lab workshop focused on sample processing for Illumina next-generation sequencing. This training will cover DNA library preparation, quality assessment, and sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform. Participants will gain practical experience in preparing high-quality, sequencing-ready libraries and executing reliable NGS workflows from bench to data generation. The workshop will take place from 27–29 May 2026.
