Following the bioinformatics workshop, the UFS-NGS Unit will host a one-week hands-on wet-lab workshop focused on sample processing for Illumina next-generation sequencing. This training will cover DNA library preparations, quality assessments, followed by sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform. Participants will gain practical experience in preparing high-quality, sequencing-ready libraries and executing reliable NGS workflows from bench to data generation. This training workshop will take place mid July 2026.
